about the book

Amanda lynch is the author of The Mindfulness Room, a book that teaches children and their parents and educators to build resilience through meditation and mindful practices. She is a licensed classroom teacher and an expert in trauma-informed practices and mindfulness in the classroom. Amanda is also a Koru Mindfulness Teacher-In-Training and is currently completing her Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Training, through which she hopes to introduce more communities to the healing power of Restorative Yoga, Peacemaking Circles, and Meditation.
