we’re thrilled to be hosting our 5th annual educator event! curated for k-8th grade librarians, reading/media specialists, and teachers, join us in the shop for an evening where we’ll be sharing this school year’s offerings (including opportunities with bookshop.org and libro.fm), fall 2023 book-talks from bbgb staff and penguin random house sales rep maggie brennan, as well as a special talk with author guest stacy mcanulty!
the $20 registration fee gets you the following:
event admission for one educator
a signed copy of stacy mcanulty’s new book: forever twelve
a bag of advanced reader copies of upcoming k-8 titles
entries into raffles for fun book swag, as well as a raffle for a grand prize of a virtual classroom visit with stacy! (winners will be selected at the conclusion of the event. we will also have the complete list of books we talked about available on our website)
for those who can’t make it in the shop, we’re also streaming the event virtually on crowdcast, register for virtual attendance here. virtual attendees have the option of being shipped a signed copy of forever twelve and be entered into the grand prize raffle.
all in-person and virtual attendees will be able to access the recorded stream afterwards.
